Upstox has been giving frequent problem especially in the morning and closing hours which is causing great frustration and agony and with all the poor services they have no courtesy and arrogance is the main cause since they found lot of clients because of lockdown.
They have very app which cause frequent disruption. Their trading platform is worst as it is very confusing.
Their customer service is not existing and they have so many confusion in their numbers.
Their staff is not trained to handle customer complaint and even for small things they ask to send doc's by courier which is very frustrating and time consuming.
I have decided to transfer my stocks to other broker to avoid agony and loss of funds
