I have sent them form for closure but they did not respond me for one month due to which i have to pay monthly charges and second thing they have closed the raised ticket in upstox app, without email.

Even I am facing similar problem I received a mail 1 month back itself stating that my account closure is processed but now received another mail stating that account closure is on hold due to debit balance
