I had done all formalities for opening account with upstox . They also took payment but later one executive called and informed that due some document issue they are not able to open my account. It has been 3 months and they haven't refunded the fund i paid for the account. Even after several reminder emails no one has helped from their side. NEVER OPEN YOUR ACCOUNT WITH SUCH CHEATS.
