Hi I have a doubt if I have bought 460 shares on record date and today sold 300 shares and 160 is with me.
1)If I tender 160 shares and if acceptance ratio is 35% will it be fully accepted.(ie 35% of 460)160 will be accepted

2) Or 23.40% of 460 will be accepted (ie 107 will be accepted) and in balance 53 (35% will be accepted ie 18)
Total 125 will be accepted

No, if AR will be 35% then share will be acceptance how much you will surrender for buyback.
EG if you pledge 160 then 35% base 56 shared will be accepted.

Can you confirm this.
I heard that people are allowed to get all entitlement shares accepted and we can sell rest shares
