I have a demat and trading account with Karvy in the name of my mother Rugmani Venkatraman who has passed away and I am the nominee. I was following up with Mr. Pradeep in Hyderabad and Ms Sophia in Coimbatore. Former has left Karvy and latter is not picking up the call at all. Neither I have got any reply nor the issue sorted out. Where should I escalate R
