i have requested for a payout on 10th September and and it has been shown as credited on 11th September .. i received the money on 17th September.. if there is a delay payment from our side karvy will be charging penalty of 21% ..
and one more i had requested again for a payout on 26th September they have cancelled the request without informing ..
but the message displayed in karvy website is totally wrong the do a payout after 6-7 days
"In case a client makes online request for fund payout before 1.00PM, the request will be processed on the same business day.
If the fund payout request is placed after 1.00PM, it would be processed on the subsequent business day."
