I am facing issues while modifying / cancelling my orders
Tried from both web and mobie app, nothing is working.....

Helpdesk num not getting connected...
What the hell is this on weekly expiry day

If I get into any intraday loss due to this, I will not be paying for that and that should be credited back to me.

I had the same issue today i ran in huge loss due to app issue. orders were not executed. I tried calling customer car, sent email with screenshots but no help. I was not able to trade from 1 to 3. As today was expiry i lost opportunity to earn profits today.
Need urgent support on this issue.

Yes same issue me too faced today. Omg i lost Rs.2600/-
Worst customer service no one picking the call and finally i beared the loss. Its purely software problem.
