Till now I Observed all PSU OFS issues.

Its time waste to apply for this.

Retail guys will bit with more price, So no need to apply for this,

If the issue is big, you can go for it. (ex: Coal India was big, applied @ cut-off, allotted and sold on 3rd day to make 10K profit in 3 days) .
If the issue is small, its better to avoid.

Retail 35%
So approx 99,443 lots of 61 shares each are available for allotment in retail category.
So if any one want to apply than apply only single lot.
