i have not received the principal amount..also. can any one tell how to get that???

Any body received interest?Kindly intimate.

I think svpcl is not serious for refunding interest amount. It is only delaying by adoping all the formullas in the last investors may forget in due course of time i have written a number of times got tired.

please update about interest of svpcl ipo.

I have written to SVPCL for refund of interest.I have got reply mentioned below.
Dear Sir / Madam,

This has reference to your query on payment of interest on the refund
amount by SVPCL Ltd.

1) SEBI had directed SVPCL Ltd., to pay interest amount by 31/10/2008,
failing which the Company shall be liable to pay interest @15% p.a., on
the interest liability from the date of refund of the application money.

2) We have completed the process of refunding the application money (bid
amount) to all the applicants. SVPCL Ltd., is making efforts to pay the
interest amount. We will despatch interest warrants after the amount is
arranged by the Company.

I think they will take another year to refund the intrest. this is so pathatic, I really pity that SEBI is not taken any action so far on this and they have left the investors stranded. . .

I have got the refund cheque last friday. Have deposited it in my account.. waiting for the intrest amount.!

Mr. Gajendra Sanklecha you are the person belong to SVPCL .If you do not want interest keep shut do not instigate others in this regard. I have invested in IPO by taking loan from bank how do I pay the interest .If you are so lenient to SVPCL you give the interest amount to all the investors. Also remember if some order is passed by honorable Supreme Court, that means they have really understood the difficulties of investor. If your suggestion is accepted by SVPCL do not think investors will keep quite.In this regard to get the interest already I have sent a legl notice to company.

We acknowledge the refund against our IPO Application for Rs 45000/-. Thanks for the same. We are extremely sorry for the hardship faced and losses suffered by you due to some technical mistake. There were comments from the applicants posted on this form, sometimes containing derogatory remarks. The same was totally unwarranted. As regards, payment of interest @ 15% p.a., you will find it very difficult to pay as your deposit in escrow account might not have generated the revenues of this magnitude when rate of interest on bank deposit for 1 to 2 years during mid 2007 was just 7 or 8 percent. It deeply hurts our conscious if we enrich ourselves by ruining someone else. The outdated and draconian provision need to be amended as the same should not be intended to ruin the businesses and enterprenureship. I suggest you to seek approriate relief from the honourable Supreme Court as the applicants like me are happy to get full refund with reasonable interest.

I hv my Demat a/c with ICICI Direct, and I got my refund dated 27/10/08 by Cheque... bt interest cheque should be received by 30/10/08 as per the instructions printed on the CHEQUE.

Its now 6th day that I am waiting my Interest amount. I Think SVPCL has made us a fool. They simply refund our amount without Interest..
Agar unko INTEREST dena hi hota to dono sath mai dete.. Plz apne amount ke liye SVPCL ko call jarur karein.

mere paas abhi refund nahin aya hai. tum sab log mile hue ho.
maine svpcl ke against case file kar diya hai.
aap log apna number or add. massege bar main likho.
mujhe aap logo ki bhi khabar leni hai.
svpcl chor company hai.
mujhe pata chala hai ye divaliya hone wale hai.
