Today finally I received my refund amount Rs.45000/-.Also,I spoke to Aarthi Consultants at about 4.00pm at Tele no.040-27638111 & it was told that they will return the interest within two weeks.
Friends now it is the time for fighting for the interest amount.Never loose hope.let us fight.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED BACK THE REFUND OF SVPCL SO FAR. I HAVE APPLIED THROUGH DEMAT ACCT ICICI BANK. REQUEST TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION

HI EVERYBODY,
I had been reading from so many days that people have received refunds. Some say they have received with interest and some say without interest.
In this regard i would like to inform you that i had applied through ICICIDIRECT.COM but i have not received any refund so far. After talking continously and mailing frequently...........see what is the reply i got from Aarthi.
However i have not received my money. Please Help.




Dear Sir / Madam,

With reference to your query on the IPO of SVPCL Limited ('SVPCL' or
'issuer company'), we would like to inform as under:

1) SEBI vide its letter dated 23/10/2008 acceded to the request of SVPCL
to refund the application money (lying in escrow accounts with the Banks)
immediately and to pay interest amount by 31/10/2008. In case the Company
fails to pay the interest amount by October 31, 2008 then the Company
shall be liable to pay interest @ 15% p.a. on the interest liability as on
the date of refund of the application money.

2) The refund of the application money was made through RTGS / Direct
Credit / ECS and Refund Orders as the case may be to all the applicants
concerned. The above process was completed as of 27/10/2008.Your
application money was refunded through warrent (R.O.no 307404).

3) The interest on the application money was calculated upto 27/10/2008,
the date of refund of application money. As soon as the interest amount is
arranged by the Company, the interest warrants will be dispatched to the
applicants.

I received my money back thanks to chittorgarh website, and all investors those who updated news regarding refund. i am very happy. NOv 4 10.00 i recieved my money back. thanks to all who worked hard for this. I really thanks to everyone who fight for this, i am small investor. I clear some debt. thanks to all.

I have received refund amount by cheque drawn on HDFC Bank without interest. They have mentioned that the interest will be paid on 30th October, 2008. We will get our interest in this week. They have promissed to receive the same 1st week of November, 2008. Please wait and watch. All are requested to invest interest amount in share (blue chip company's)market when the market will touch below 7000.

I have also received SVPCL refund by cheque through regd. post.

I got my refund through Check from SVPCL / Aarthi. I have applied for ipo through ICICI Direct. They have not given the intreset money. They have sent the cheque through registered post on my address which is there on my icicidirect account.

I have request all the investors who havent got their refunds to check in the postal office in the area you leave.
