Dear vineel,
form 15g is the form availablr with all major book stall or consult your C.A. for the same it is a simple procedure but send the same thru regd A.D. so that the Registrar can not deny the reciept of the same.

might be SEBI employees are involved in this case, why they are not bothering about this, why they are not taking action on this. i think they are also eating money from them.

I have not received interest.Any body received interest?

That was a response from SEBI, I have received.

Dear Sir,

SEBI, as an investor protection measure and considering peculiar facts and circumstances of this case, SEBI advised SVPCL to refund the application money lying in escrow account immediately and to pay the interest amount payable thereon by October 31, 2008.

SEBI also imposed condition that, in case SVPCL fail to pay the interest amount by October 31, 2008, SVPCL shall be liable to pay interest @ 15% p.a on the interest liability as on the date of refund of the application moneys.


SEBI may initiate appropriate actions against SVPCL including, by way of adjudication under section 15C of the SEBI Act, prosecution under section 73(3) of the Companies Act read with section 621 thereof, directions under section 11, 11A, 11B of the SEBI Act read with clause 17 of SEBI(DIP) Guidelines.


It was noted that SVPCL did not deposited interest amount in the refund account, within the time specified by the SEBI. Therefore, SEBI has already initiated actions against the company.

PLEASE GIVE 15G FORM TO AARTHI CONSULTANTS IF YOU ARE BELOW TAXABLE LIMIT TO AVOID TDS DEDUCTION ON THE INTREST RECIVABLE.

In view of various queries raised by you, regarding the Issue, we write to inform and update you on the status of the Issue.



SEBI vide its letter bearing no. CFD/DIL/NB/NB/142306/2008 dated October 23, 2008, had directed the Company to refund the application moneys forthwith and pay the interest amount by October 31, 2008 and in case the Company fails to pay the interest amount by October 31, 2008 then the Company shall be liable to pay interest @ 15% p.a. on the interest liability as on the date of refund of the application money. Further, the advice was without prejudice to the rights of SEBI to initiate appropriate actions, including by way of adjudication under section 15C of the SEBI Act, prosecution under Section73 (3) of the Companies Act, 1956, read with Section 621 thereof, directions under 11, 11A, 11B of the SEBI Act, read with clause 17 of the SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000.



Subsequently, the Company, alongwith the Registrar to the Issue (Aarthi Consultants Pvt. Ltd) have refunded the principal / share application money to the Investors but yet it has not paid the interest amount.

WE SHOULD KEEP WRITING TO SEBI REGARDING NON PAYMENT OF INTEREST ON APPLICATION MONEY.

I have received refund money but not interest money ,please return interest money ASAP. applicaton No.-3162631

is anybody received the principal. what is the procedure to collect your money . plz tell me.

I have mailed to Aarthi consultants for interest on 30 nov 08 I have got the reply.

Dear Sir / Madam,

This has reference to your query on payment of interest on the refund
amount by SVPCL Ltd.

1) SEBI had directed SVPCL Ltd., to pay interest by 31/10/2008, failing
which the Company shall be liable to pay interest @15% p.a., on the
interest liability from the date of refund of the application money.

2) Accordingly, the interest liability was arrived at, as on the date of
refund i.e., 27/10/2008 and the same was mentioned on the counterfoil of
Refund Order / ECS advice.

3) As soon as the interest amount is arranged by SVPCL Ltd., we shall
despatch the interest warrants to the concerned investors.

you are disclosing too many details of your personal account, this is not advisable, be careful of giving your details to anybody, i suggest you to contact aarthi consultants immediately, i hope they can give you the details of refund.
