Vivo, though the listing price is high, trading of shares is very less. We shouldn''t get into such situation, we can only see the profit but can''t enjoy the profit unless someone buy the shares. I feel, Omnipotent and Vivo are almost in same category ....

@gaurav dd dimer : for you, one option is simply not sell the shares if allotted during this financial year means till 31st march to avoid any tax calculation for that :) Then it won''t matter how much profit it is giving.

Yes, for the same reason my holding is 3 times of last year, to sell shares in next year. Few will sell on long term, and few in April itself.

Regarding DD Dimer,
DD -Desidime another public forum relating to deals, coupons discounts or some loots , site i got addicted , however after the job, i rarely visit there now, as dont get time for that. Have looted more than 50K in commulative due to that site in few years.

Dimer is the word used to say to the person using the site.

@avenue, regarding selling shares in loss, Only 1 shares is in loss in my portfolio, will book that in march end , and that too isn''t much big.

I am afraid , whether they will listen. From 2022 onwards sme ipo''s are going to have a great craze since in most of the people''s Google feed / any highlighting article there would be information about how eki gave 99times return or how prevest, bew or vivo gave >100% on listing but they won''t give information about how people are locked in down circuits in bew or vivo or in future eki or the Any greedy/innocent getting trapped in an ipo without liquidity.
So take calculated risk when you are applying any ipo and also when you are buying any ipo in secondary market.
My request would be atleast consider the risks before buying any ipo in secondary market, nothing wrong if you are not alloted .if you are not getting alloted, try applying with your family members (parents,children,spouse) even if that not suffice open huf . any married person can open ,though it will take time.
I didn''t get allotment of bew or eki or prevest or vivo and i haven''t. This lottery system in retail will literally drive you crazy 😂 so beware of it.
Alas , if you have time,try reading financials ,after all it is going to be your money.

Thanks for alerting. SME IPO seems very lucrative as they have given profit which is equivalent to 5 years of profit of Mainboard IPO.

I had never invested in SME before. As I can’t take much risk of losing my hard earned money. But now looking at the SME profits, I am wondering to enter and try luck in SME too. But surely I would read the expert advice before putting my money on risk.

Plz suggest which is better between Timescan & AB cotspin ? Is there any risk of negatives listing in these ? What’s the expected risk to reward ratio in these IPOs

Both are good IPOs ,you choose any between two.below are my estimates.since it is your first sme ipo i am cautioning you both can result in loss (it is not great like prevest or nupur or vivo or eki)
1.time scan expected listing gain 10-30% listing loss if market goes bad or subscription not good it can list @5-15%. If you can hold for long term it can go upto Rs 100. Less chances of allotment because of its size
2.ab cotspin has expected expected listing gain of 10-20% and expected listing loss upto 15% if market goes bad or subscription not good.i don''t know about future since peers with good market cap, business are listed at similar valuations. It has good chances of allotment because of its size.

@blick i guess you were referring me, thanks for your comments. i don''t really mind vivo share holders criticizing me just because I am just trying to safe guard innocent retailers entering vivo at exorbitant listing price,though the target i kept is 200 upto 800(long term).
If you want to sell off wait till 5 days of LC and you don''t have to worry because u had bought at 82. Don''t slaughter innocent retailers ,they come in hope making some money not buying your LC shares and get struck without liquidity.

@ipo retailer , sorry my friend i couldn''t not value it properly, since it is a totally new line of business and i don''t have much knowledge about the future prospects in the company line of business .
When i went through the financials it has come @35pe and 4+p/b. It had listed @discount , so if you have limited funds for applying ipo''s or in urgent need of funds come out of it we can earn profits in other good IPOs and don''t worry or
In long run, it may fetch good return if any operator moves are there or any peer company comes in or sector itself improves.
Financials:
Profits & sales are stagnant no improvement for September (half year pre ipo )and with ipo proceeds they are saying they are going to repay loan, if they do in coming months interest will not be there and interest constitutes almost 50% of PAT. And 2.5% of revenue . So it will have good impact .generally debt free companies always preferred by many investors, though few consider leveraging to earn more profit for equity holders.

it means you have applied in BEW and EKI ? just confirming once.

No i didn''t apply in both. But i wanted to apply in eki so much ,dilip sir gave apply review. First when i wrote the above point i wanted to say that I didn''t get allotment to stress that i haven''t bought in secondary market. It was giving different meaning so i corrected by changing the wordings in below message.

I was so much amazed and surprised by seeing these comments that how someone can write so much negative with such strong/wrong words, everyone would have afraid if some ipo guru will write like this. I saw @Dinesh singh also missed to apply in EKI whom i had good interactions in last some months in sme''s and may be so many others missed to apply by seeing such comments.

@lokes , after that promax came good ipo at very cheap price but only few applied & i didn''t have courage to apply more than 1 lot. I still regret why i didn''t apply in full force.

I think you have missed something.
I have applied in EKI in both HNI and Retail and also got alloted 2 lots.
But unfortunately sold both lot on listing day at 50% profit.

@arca: yes promax performed well after listing but listing gain was not so much in that like others. And financials for that were average but asking price was reasonable and subscription in HNI was also not so great. After its listing, that time power shares were in demand like tata power also performed so well so promax also got benifit from that. And promax now came back to around 19 levels from high of around 33 in last 1 month. Anyways in sme''s its not easy to judge for longer duration that which one will become multibagger or which one will perform average or which one will underperform like markolines.
And don''t regret by seeing that performing well now, we need to be cautious in applying until we can take big risk like @Mravi sir, since no one can predict future moves exactly for any share. Anyways you got nupur, so feel happy for that :)

i know it would be tough for anyone to hold for so long till now, but if someone have holded 1 lot then it would have earned him around 1.2 crore rs in 1 lot by now :)
