I have applied BSE - SME through Online SBI - ASBA with my ICIC Demat account details. I was allocated and credited into my icicidirect. I inquired with ICICI customer care and they told me that this share is not listed on BSE exchange and cannot trade. I am able to see this share listing in BSE exchange on July 16th. Could anyone help me out how to trade this BSE SME share in ICICI direct.

Hi Experts,

I have 2 questions related to this IPO regarding application strategy :

1. What do we mean by First come first basis ?
Does it matter if I apply on 1st day or 3rd day of IPO.
Does applying on 1st day increases mychances of allotment.

2. Which scenario increases my chances of allotment
a. Applying for 3 lots though one Demat
b. Applying for 3 lots through three Demats.

Will appreciate your experts opinions with suitable logic.

it doesnt make any difference if u apply on first day or third day. you are randomly allotted as per computerised system by the company and its registrars of the issue.
secondly applying for 3 lots through 3 different dmats will gain you better allotment chances.

Allotment are made after closure of issue . All application made till closure stands same chance.

BIOCON shareholders may apply for both Biocon reserved quota as well as Public quota (within the 2.00 lac limit) - this won''t be considered as Multiple appln.
See RHP (page 262).

This means..if someone buys some biocon shares tommorow...then he can bid for 2 lac under retail + 2 lac under Biocon Shareholders Reservation (total - 4 lac) ???

someone wrote 10% are reserved for Biocon shareholders...does that mean if a have 10 shares of Biocan..i can also apply for this 10% quota??

You can apply in retail category which is having 35% quota. Will advice to apply for 1lot (60 shares) only as neow allotment rules are based on application received basis even you apply 1 lot or full lots. In any case only 60 shares may be allotted in this IPO since it is expected to oversubscribed in applications made , may be around 2 to 3 lacs
