3. Last year audited balance sheet showing Contingent Liabilities totaling to Rs. 181.3 crore which if

For the price band of Rs.240‐Rs.250, the stock would have PE multiple of 27.4x and 28.5x on FY15 EPS of Rs.8.8, respectively. By using PEG of 1 to value Syngene to arrive at price target of Rs.300, leaving 20% upside from the IPO price. The other benefit is this is the only company
in listed space for CRAMS (contract research and manufacturing services) in bio‐pharmaceuticals, thus no other major competition.

Personally I am interested in Syngene International IPO and would be investing at the Cap price
of Rs.250. I strongly recommend to subscribe for the Syngene International IPO to earn around 10 to 15% gain in near term.

I have two Demat accounts on my name. If I apply from both for the IPO, will it be considered as two different order ..

All chances of allotment.no harm in blocking 15k for 10 days. I am also applying with hope to get allotment ,hardly any intrest loss as money will remain in my savings a/c for ASBA application

Syngere ipo has 2 options for applying one for biocon shareholders and one for others ... I have 2 questions, can someone clatrify
1.. What is cut off date for being shareholder and applying for the IPO ?
2.. Is there any advantage for biocon shareholders (like separate reservation etc) ? or will they be treated as all others ?

Just checked on icicidirect syngene iPod is on two platform one for biocon shareholders one for general public. Put seven application . Last issue VRL score was zero/ seven hoping for better luck this time
