To all the Gurus who are now saying that you should have avoided this IPO after it hitted LC.

Today all the textile stocks have gone today - Nitin Spinners, Ambika cotton, Sportking etc. This is the major reason behind this IPO going down. Those who are sitting in loss, please be patient, market will give you an opportunity to exit. Companies fundamentals are good.

64000 SELLER IS VERY SMALL ON LOWER CIRCUIT

This is called SME, here there are no value of Fundamental. Only matters is setting.

26 sellers only is nothing

after that Rs.55.85 is very very possible as there is no seller in between

I have been staying away from SME IPOs because everything here from balance sheet, web site, application oversubscription can be influenced. As an attempt to gain experience, applied in NII in Swaraj Suiting and got one allotment. This is my first SME allotment. Long ago I purchased share of a company called Aashapura Intimate fashions producing women's fashion garments with a big brand after it moved over to main board from SME. The company promoter absconded and nowhere to be seen. Company is into BIFR, shares are no more listed.

Most SMEs lack corporate governance. There is hardly any real institutional investor, requires extreme caution before applying in view of the dubious promoters, lead managers and market makers. Be watchful and don't get carried away by merely on mentioned figures in the RHP and oversubscription. Prices at time go up due to oversubscription caused by all of us and not due to any fundamentals.

Exercise your own wisdom in SME IPOs.

Today all experts opinion proved wrong both in KN & Swaraj
