Although TD Power closed on the same day as SRS, but it got listed, whereas SRS allotment status is not yet known as on 12.09.11. Is there something fishy?????
Dilip Davda SEBI registered Research Analyst Mumbai
IN GENERAL 90% OF THE APPLICATIONS CAME FROM MUMBAI AND GUJRAT BUT IN THIS CASE 90% CAME FROM HARYANA AND FARIDABAD THIS UNNATURAL ACTIVITY WHICH SEBI WAS INVESTIGATING.
NOW THE CLEARANCE HAS BEEN RECEIVED FROM SEBI AND ALLOTMENT WILL OUT BY MONDAY AND MOST PROBABLY LISTING TO WEDNESDAY.
AS FAR AS GREY MARKET IS CONCERNED ITS NOT VERY ACTIVE IN INDIA THIS THIS PARTICULAR ISSUE. NEARLY 12 PSU BANKS HAVE APPLIED IN THIS ISSUE. AND IF THEY SELL TO APPLY IN ONGC ISSUE. THEN IT WILL BE A BIG PROBLEM........
Happy news to all IPO subscribers !!!!! Confirm sources says delay in allotment is due to settling grey market traders. Currently it is trading more than Rs 10 premium in Jaipur. Definitely another good listing gains like TD Power systems is waiting. Enjoy profit till ONGC FPO opens on 20th Sept.
Friends I've never been to srs cinema. Do they start the movie on the right time or behave in the same way as the allotment procedure. Well, I will immediately book loss at the time of listing.
SRS , a company into cinema exhibition, jewellery, food and retail, has fixed the issue price at lower end of price band of Rs 58-65/share.
The company raised Rs 203 crore through the issue, which will be used for setting up cinemas, food courts and restaurants, retail stores and jewellery manufacturing facility.
The issue was subscribed 1.25 times, helped by non-institutional investors (NIIs).
Reserved portion of NIIs has subscribed 5.11 times. Meanwhile, retail and qualified institutional investors' portion was subscribed just 0.32 times and 0.75 times, respectively.
dear sreedhar, what is your call on srs after seeing subscription figure whether to continue or withdraw, is ther any positive or negative news retailsubs is 0.32 and hni more tha 5timesthanks, qib mostly psu bankscbi ubi and bank of baroda,
1. Compared to peers, valuation looks expensive. 2. Not a tiny issue 3. Promoters were debarred from accessing market for five years from 2002-2007.
I don't apply for listing gain. Compared to tiny issue, playing in this IPO upon listing is relatively easy. One or two trades are sufficient; either we make good profit or some loss.
Today, it was very stressful for me to trade in Tree House.
