Rachna has proved everyone wrong. CMP continuously maintaining above issue price even in market blood bath. Any lesson? Some of us were expecting even 50% downside.

Created a perfect trap after extension .Either the subscription is fake or promotors itself subscribing just to get it sailed through.it will open at least with 50 percent discount.

इस समय महंगाई इतनी ज्यादा है की पूछो ही मत इसलिए भोले भले निवेशक और नए निवेशकों को इस तरह के आईपीओ से दूर रहना चाहिए क्योकि SME एक ऐसा प्लेटफॉर्म है जहां शेयर्स की कीमत एक झटके में खत्म हो जाती है और शेयर्स कम कीमत पर भी बेचना चाहिए तो नहीं बिक पाते है क्योकि यहां सब अपने कागजी शेयर्स बेचने आते है
आखिर सेबी को इस टाइप के आईपीओ और लीड मैनेजर्स पर एक्शन लेना चाहिए ताकि किसी की मेहनत की कमाई कोई न लूट सके
मेरे खुद के कुछ समे स्टॉक है जो साले गायब हो चुके है प्लेटफॉर्म से ही जैसे
पावरफुल टेकनोलोजी ,बंसल मल्टीफ्लेक्स ,करतुरी,ग्लेम फैब , बोहरा ,कॉक्स किंग्स
जीनाम ड्रेस ने भी 55 से निचे फेंका है और आज ट्रेडिंग ही बंद हो गयी है

I have not heard name of this company.
So investor beware as asking price is not in line with financials of the company.
Save your hard earned money.
Total avoid even at revised price.

aisa hi ipo pahle bhi aaya tha, sbl infra. usme bhi date extension tha, usme bhi price revision tha. investor ka 50% paisa dubo diya tha, price 111 se 40 tak gaya, ab price 70 ke aas pass hai. seller asking for 70 rs and buyer offer 55 rs. and only 2 or 3 buyers. so be careful with your investment, shriram properties bhi 125 se 60 ke aas pass ghum raha hai, and sonu infra aap sab jante hi hai. so all the best

May I request some clarification as to why KN Agri stock going down inspite of excellent Mar 22 results. In fact downward journey started from the day of result.

Went through the news and tried to understand. It says 2 mm MT for next two fiscal years.
So it appears slow pace for these stocks till that time.........

Though RIL has lowered the price of shares by Rs. 3 to Rs. 135 per share and extended the issue closure till June 02, 2022, it is still not worth a look. Keep away from such pricy IPOs.

After SBL Infra , another infra whose date postponed/extended and price revised.

Fully agree with you. It's not worth.

Rachana infrastructure is coming in next session of Shark tank.. 🦈
