This IPO Is interesting IPO nothing is left on table looking at price band this another clear case of over price after Cl educate S Chand and now this PSP.
However this sector is gaining some traction given India grow if we build

In short it a small time contractor wants to benefit from the IPO run in an industry which is bear face I would go for other reputed listed company which have better vision any other day however given growth prospects this is really grey



As my internet is not that good quality here in hotel in Srilanka if some one can post the total outstanding share after IPO I can work out I would apply or not

Promotors Prahaladbhai Shivrambhai Patel and Shilpaben Patel have acquired the sahres @ Rs. 0.28 and Rs. 0.01 and now selling @ 210/-.

Ahmedabad base company are always become risky . No one can get profit but has to loose his capital in Ahmedabad base company

Naver apply in Ahmedabad base company as in past we have almost bad experience for all Ahmedabad company.

< 75 cr. reserved for retail portion.
* No active gmp till today.IPO seems risky.

☆ According to SEBI rule , IPO Proceeds less than 250 cr. belongs to T group. PSP Projects Ltd 210 cr. IPO.
☆ Again , trading is not allowed in T group stocks.

T group is Trade to Trade. Circuit filters apply for both upside and downside. This can not be a reason for nor applying!

Yet another IPO from state of Gujarat!! but doesn''t seem to be an attractive one.
Seems more like the company is trying to make use of current bull-run.
I have provided financial ratios below (their book seems to be good; ROE is 40% - WOW and DE ratio of 0.7 is also not bad).
Will this be fully subscribed is my primary question?
