I AM AVOIDING THIS IPO IT TOTAL ORDERS IN HAND IS APPROX 700 cr DILIP BUILDCON ORDER BOOK IS APPROX 17000 cr NP MARGIN of PSP is 7% NP margin OF DILIP BUILDCON IS 8%
Dilip BUILDCON market cap is 6400 so PSP IS 25 times smaller on order book size so MC OF PSP SHOYLD NOT BE MORE THEN 256 cr however it fresh issue is close to fair MC
SO I AM AVOIDING THIS IPO IT IS PRICE TO THE BRIM SO AVOID better option available
AND THE WORST KARVY IT LEAD MANAGER WHICH HAS VERY BAD RECORD
Motilal is the other lead manager whose record is also not that good
Septaji, I have applied numbers of ipo through ASBA vide ICIC net banking gateway, after applying the same total lot amount is showing linen status (means blocked) but while my order book details showing PAN verification failed, due to same my financial adviser told me that i am not able to get allot the ipo, can you help me to resolve the same...
Thanks Septaji for analysis. I am following your recommendations and my portfolio is coming in good shape. Keep doing this for new and many like me who are not having much knowledge about market.
Another example of taking advantage of bull run. they have priced it at such high P/E and nothing left on table. Fair price is not more than 170 rs. avoid

Should you subscribe? The company has set a price band of Rs 205-210 per piece of face value of Rs 10 each. Reportedly, the company eyes to raise Rs 212 crore via IPO. The issue, which closes on May 19, includes a fresh issue of up to 72 lakh equity shares and an offer for sale of up to 28.8 equity shares, as reported by PTI. Quoting company''s Chief Financial Officer Hetal Patel, the report said, "We plan to utilise the funds raised from the proceeds to meet our working capital requirements and capital expenditure." As per the report, company''s execution capabilities have grown significantly with time, both in terms of the size of projects that they bid for and execute, and the number of projects that they execute simultaneously. Since their incorporation in August 2008, the company has executed 80 projects as of March 31, 2017. Moreover, according to a report by HDFC Securities, the company’s total order book as of March 31, 2017, was Rs.7,291.65 million, which comprised of 17 institutional projects, four industrial projects, four government projects and two government residential projects. Further, its subsidiary’s and Joint Venture’s total order book as of March 31, 2017, was Rs.908.54 million and Rs.1,073.92 million, respectively. Giving outlook for investing in this IPO, myinvestmentideas, said that as PSP Projects share price is reasonable and looking at a broader picture, investors can invest in this IPO with a two-three years time horizon.
IF ANY KOSTAK PRICE OF PSP PROJECT THAN SALE IN KOSTAK AND APPLY. OTHER WISE BIG AVOID. I THINK IT IS T SAGMENT COMPANY AND NO ANY GMP OR KOSTAK. SO I AGREE WITH MR. SEPTA. A BIG AVOID
Shamsher, are you sure about your kostak price (of 1000 in jaipur)? Till yesterday no grey-market-trades or kostak was happening for PSP. Because of its "T-factor" I''m unsure whether it will ever happen. Please check whether your source is reliable and if possible post it here.
A clear avoid. Not much left for the investors. Asking price is at a P/E of 27 and at price/bookvalue is at 7+. These infrastructure companies have to depend a lot on governments and government agencies. So Infrastructure sector has lost fancy. Doubtful whether this IPO will have good response from NII and grey market.
