RII = 7.00L Forms = 5.98X Applic. wise (Avg allotment of ~14.04 shares per lot)
NII = 10.0K Crs. = ~133.33X

Interest cost @7.50%p.a. for 7days = 25.60paise for 1X

Thus, for NII the costing = 133.33 X 25.60paise = Rs.34.14 per share (= GMP)

And, for RII the costing = 14.04 X 34.14 = Rs. ~479/- (= Kostak)

if u r stuck with karvy demat u go for transfer of shares, otherwise sell ur shares in old dp and transfer amt to new demat acount n buy shares frm market... i had transferd shares frm iifl to upstox, when i sold the transfered shares profit n loss was shown completely wrong, upstox automatically fixes wrong buy price for transfered shares... so be careful. dont open ac in upstox or rksv

How to sell kostak if any IPO is allotted so that I can fix my income

One Correction In Kpujara'a reply :
Kostak Price Means Price to be paid by Buyer of Kostak for Minimum Lot Application irrespective of whether allotment is there or NOT.The application has to be VALID Application.
In Simple Words : If you apply for MIN. Lot Application and Sells it for Kostak of 3700/- ,your profit is FIXED 3700/-.Rest Profit/Loss on listing is settled in CASH.If no Allotment,nothing is required from either party.

Prepare with LONG sleeved shirt and SHORTS, if loose shorts then, there's still the shirt to cover you

Good Company having huge portfolio of products.
Will apply for listing gains of 10-15% if market remains in bulls grips.
Infra sector is yet not doing well which is laggard for this company and also having healthy competitors in the market leads to margin suppression.
Listing gains possible may list around 200 if market remain above 12000 mark
