Thanks for your adivce, I am taking your message in positive way only, its not a big problem for me for no allotment cause, I applied 2 full for vatech and 1 full and 12 lots for Techpro and 1 full for ashoka, these five application will have firm allotment.
Now I will tell you what way I was disappointed, recently around 2 months back I lost my job, my company is closed from operations, I am working in Media field in Technical Department as Manager, sad thing is its like recession going on in Media field, I am not able to find a suitable job upto now and no idea when I will get a new job, so since I did't got a new job and no allotment, I got so disappointed.
I need your desperate help in microsecond listing day trading advice, virtually lost 4000Rs. in Eros and CP, as no allotment in both, disappointed. As you said please guide us on the opening day.

Promoter has signed a non-compete agreement with the Company to not to carry out any construction under the brand name “Oberoi” except certain identified projects to avoid any conflict of interest. ORL has formed various committees like Compensation, IPO, Business Development, Finance and Investment committees comprising of board members, other than stipulated by the SEBI listing agreement, for better governance.
The grading is constrained by the cyclicality inherent in the real estate business and risks pertaining to ORL’s geographic concentration. Further, due to its limited land bank, the company may have to acquire land at high prices in highly competitive Mumbai’s real estate market, which could pressurize its margins. Inspite of robust operating margins, the company’s RoE (return on equity) is suppressed due to non-deployment of cash and minimal debt. Also, ORL needs to strengthen its board practices especially pertaining to reporting standards, which includes defining limits on the size of transactions that require board approval.
