Please do not even think of moving out from Chittosgraph site. You along with some boarders are real asset to the sit. Hope the Chittosgraph team also knows about that.

Repied to the mail.What do u think of Oberoi.At first glance I liked it.In one report I heard they are thinking it to price in between 200-320.Maybe now after the runup of DLF,Unitech etc they will go for 320 which is still good as Post Issue there EPS is 13.7 & their RONW is not bad.I feel post the runup of realty stocks this looks good as price may have been decided when DLF was 320.
