Even at 300 its cheap compared to DLF.Oberoi had said in Aug Last week that it will hit the markets in Oct 1st week.True to its word its coming to the market.They had that belief even when realty companies were underperforming the markets.So kudos to them.

Looks good at 100-110, don't know why extra preimum of 10. 20 rs range in price bid shows less confident promoter and lead managers. don't worry if it doesnt get fully subscribed. moreover all recent infra ipo bombed on listing. ps. enam is known for high but steep pricing, how come they gave 20% margin? hope cv bhave is looking!

You know when i went to frankfurt during my mba times for internship in a big bank as analyst...i wass too much suree andd i bagged pree placement offer letter for job in germany post mba.....

But then there was some crisis in their bank nad they never repliedd back though i had offer letter....

So i joined aanother company which was lesser known and worked for one yeras...

Then i thought i will now go ba@@k to my fathers business although my package went 1 lakh per month...........andd left job
so my dear freind i am not giving you sympathy but bposting your morale to tell you keep on trying dont sit at home and get depressed.....

Go out find jobs go for parties reunitee with somee old freinds party ...dont stay idle...

Create some media content of you own and increase your knowledge by doing some advanced training in media......
