I will never judge a company on the criteria to which STATE it belongs too. If we want our country to be a super power one day, we need to come out of this narrow thinking.

As per DRHP page number 299, Company profit after tax for FY 2020, FY 2019 and FY 2018 are 304 million, 331 million and 358 million.

But you have mentioned 57, 175 and 168 million. Why there is so much difference

Downloaded the RHP will read the documents and then will comment on this IPO. also here is website http://www.cremica.in/about-us website is not that great hope the company is good. looking at financial statement in website 2019-20 and 2018-19 revenue has drop. First impression is not so good looking at website and reports on its website, however the true picture will only be know after reading RHP.

Also here in Chennai this brand of biscuits is not that readily available will visit local supermarket and see if the biscuits are great end of day it FMCG if product is not good why bother investment and recently we had few example Prataap snacks and Manpasand beverage so i am not that bullish.

however when varun beverage came all were not that bullish it was quality IPO if someone had applied you would've got 100% allotment gave little listing gain but for four years they have paid dividend and been a multi bagger still holding 3X investment wealth creation.

i am surprised GMP on the stock given history of such stock.
