I want to asking that if a person has demat accounts in 3 different company like one in Angel broking; second in samco security; 3rd in Aditya Birla PAN No. and name are the same, can that person can apply for any IPO from all three accounts in one time or all applications were rejected ????

Any idea why GMP is not up while they reduced the price band from 300 to 288 and far less from the speculated price of 400 due to which the premium fell.
