The confusion was created by the company as the RHP document is showing dates as 9th to 11th but the news announcement by the company says 10th to 12th.

Prima facie, on the pricing front, it looks really cheaper compared to happiest minds which is trading at a P/E of 118 as per rhp. I agree most of the ratios are better for happiest minds but still P/E of 37 is 1/3 as of happiest minds

IF IPO is priced as such it won''t list on discount; I am in. Company''s industry is such bright that it will definitely rise in the future and considering it is making profit, it is good altogether.

Seems too small, 900 odd employees only, I can see on LinkedIn. Pedigree of C level guys except CEO are all inbred. Spoke with an employee there, aggressive hiring going on and aggressive exits as well 😊. Lots of freshers hired last year to offset resignations. Good prospects, wonder what the price band is.

Scale is insignificant. With all the buzz words and shiny list of clients, I wonder why this company did not took the venture capital way to grow. May be yet another body shopping service based company. Consulting do get money but there is 20-30 % max margins. There''s no upper limit for product based companies like Microsoft and Google. Though safe and defensive it may give listing gains.

9/11 - 11/11 2020 is the date of Gland Pharma IPO.
&
9/11 - 11/11 2021 is the date one of the LM of Gland Pharma returns back.
