Well there is nothing to fear as long as there is nothing wrong doing on our part .... though i can understand the process of Income Tax and the burden to prove the same is on us. There can be notice to check the source of Income/money... irrespective of bank transaction .... but mostly depends on the source / amount of Income shown in once ITR.
For Example: 1. Some people deposit X amount of cash in bank and then do transaction..... 2. Some people take loan from Y person who later found to be an Bogus Loan provider by taking cash in return... 3. Some people have earned income and the same is recd in bank, but havnt shown the same in ITR.
Maybe this topic should be under some different heading :)

Aniket ji, It’s all your down to earth attitude that reflected in your broadminded n kindhearted appreciation. I humbly submit that I doubt whether I am really eligible n deserve for such great words. I believe that you have used so many adjectives to encourage me to do better. Anyway, I bow down wholeheartedly for your affectionate elevation.I am really drenched in your loving shower and undoubtedly it will keep me joyful as I will preserve in my heart for ever n ever. Thank you so much. To be so frank, I am finding it very difficult to control my emotions and to express my feelings of gratitude appropriately. I fear that I may not raise upto the expectations of our well mannered, courteous, magnanimous, knowledgeable yet kind hearted diamonds like readers. It is not out of the context to appreciate the decency and loveable n sharing attitude of our members. That is the beauty of our forum. I am hopeful that we all will contribute for uplifting the image of our lovely Chittorgarh family. Thank you.

Aniket ji ki Hindi language and KSRK Ji ki English language, both are awesome :) Aniket ji ke stock selections and KSRK Ji ka buyback guidance, both are awesome :) KSRK sir has three god names in his name, and similarly his words are also divine.
Lokesh ji, I humbly submit and reiterate that I am not an expert to give guidance on Buybacks. I am in the process of learning and I used to pray Aniket ji to express his valuable views/ suggestions/ guidance regarding each n every buyback of the shares. But for his prompt response in conceding to our requests made in this regard, we would not have considerably learned n earned. That’s why my wholehearted gratitude knew no bounds and my posts sometimes result in embarrassment to my great guru Aniket ji. I admire his kind readiness to promptly respond by sparing his precious time to help the readers with his valuable views. Whenever, if for any reason, we miss his views unfortunately, then only I share my views to help the readers with so many limitations due to lack of sufficient knowledge n information. I don’t want the readers to be disappointed for having no views on the Buybacks. That’s the reason for my collection n posting the information on the Buybacks. Last but not the least one is that I thank you very much for your kind words.
Your precious expression is really fantastic and speaks volumes of your ………. Thank you.
Avenue ji, Thank you very much for your beautiful expressions. A word of appreciation boosts one’s morale to deliver his best.

@ksrk Ji: ya I agree aniket ji is having tremendous experience in stock market so his guidance/support is valuable in every field. But since you are also fond of buybacks as I have seen in recent months and participating in them from long time probably, so definitely you also must have gained good experience and knowledge in buybacks at least, I saw your buyback related posts in other site forums also like investor zone etc. I am also in share market from around 10 years and participating in buybacks also from 5-6 years but I choose very limited ones like infy, tcs, mphasis, redington etc after checking many factors, so that after buyback completion also, share price should not fall much or atleast will recover soon. We all gain experience and knowledge by reading/sharing views in various forums, other than going through company profile etc. so multiple people views/discussions are always good, no matter views matches or not.

@ lokes If I''m not wrong , KSRK sir has 4 god names starting with ''Kaam dev''. From his divine name and courteous post one can understand he is south Indian. Another down to earth south Indian is MRavi. Knowledgeable Septa sir was also from Chennai.

@ronne: I have replied for this recently in other post in this forum, you can check that. Below is some more information other than that post.
1. In case an issuer company makes an issue of 100% of the net offer to public through voluntary book building process under profitability route:
a) Not less than 35% of the net offer to the public shall be available for allocation to retail individual investors; b) Not less than 15% of the net offer to the public shall be available for allocation to non-institutional investors i.e. investors other than retail individual investors and Qualified Institutional Buyers; c) Not more than 50% of the net offer to the public shall be available for allocation to Qualified Institutional Buyers.
2. In case of compulsory Book-Built Issues
a) at least 75% of net offer to public being allotted to the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs). b) Not more than 15% the net offer to the public shall be available for allocation to non-institutional investors c) Not more than 10% the net offer to the public shall be available for allocation to retail individual investors
@lokes thank you sir for your valuable comments.I have further read sebi icdr guidelines regarding voluntary book building process. Not only recent profit, there are few other criterias for voluntary book building process like net tangible asset, net worth etc.

@ipo trader: this is compulsory book built issue where minimum 75% is allocated for QIB''s and NII is 15% and retail is 10% , Ir-respective of company profit/loss.
As per latent view RHP, it is mentioned as below:

#Latent view With AI and machine learning penetrating into virtually every sphere and industry, Venkat believes that leading organizations will be using machine learning–based tools to automate decision processes, while simultaneously using the power of AI for digital transformation. Key drivers such as data explosion, increased computing power, advanced algorithms, easy availability of machine learning tools and a workforce with a specialized skill, will come together to create a perfect storm for AI’s exponential growth. With technology becoming more ubiquitous, businesses will need to gain a deeper understanding of its place in the process, and figure how to leverage the power of AI and machine learning to transform their businesses and processes.

@Crow, The scale of its business & sourcing capabilities, high growth in revenue & profits, brand name, etc. are enough reasons for its strong listing. I''m sure the anchor book will also be very strong. Its a rock solid company from the Adani stable. Seeing such a strong, large & a healthy company into IPO after a long time.
