Never seen such a great season of SME/MAIN IPOs. Investors may be confused for applying. Funds are likely to be a problem if funds not unblocked in time. To be very careful in choosing right as per risk appetite.

3rd - I'm not use (2kodi ka Aadmi) , used lakh take ki baat & replace( lakh to 40 kodi), pointed multy-bagger , not against/support KodiTech.
4th - I think @svh Not called your name , chavda(IPO) & chevda(0) meke same sound freq. ,Ex- here use kodi(कौड़ी) instead koditech .

As far as the name KODY is there how to pronounce is a question. In older days Kody/Kodi was used for numbers. Kody/Kodi was used for collective of 20 articles or things, I think all are well aware.
Here it's difficult to predict as one or twenty. Not gone in deep. I want to say only :

i m sharing my views
only positive point in this ipo is LEAD MANAGER...

but we shouldn't only apply ipo on basis of lead manager

sometimes ago spectrum talent management ipo came
lead manager was sarthi

sarthi has great reputation untill spectrum fiasco

(this is my personal views,not any kind of suggestions to apply or avoid,everyone should take decision according to his risk appetite nd research)

main promoter is 28 yrs old
he had 7yrs experience
company incorporated in 2017
as per his education qualifications
when he finished his studies?
when he took experience?
when he started company?
nd got overseas client's?

its so much complicated

other point is

most of share holder's are from family

other share holder's have 1 share each(they are from management)

trying from last 10 minits to open company website. but no any response i think company first make there website better then try to make other website... :) :) :)

Company is providing software, mobile app, we app, AI/ML and other allied services.
2.8X jump in YoY reveue, 1.8x jump in employee cost, around 4X jump in receivables and long term loan. Seems every IPO bound company is pumping up sales by giving liberal credit to show high sales and profit growth.
Staff augmentation which is 20% of revenue is basically provide sub-contracted manpower to the main contractor.
Around 10X jump in PBY, YoY, however poor cash flow from operations. Against PBT of Rs 4.4 cr, cash generated from operations before tax is negative Rs 1.33 cr.
Promoters subscribed to a right issue in Mar-23 @ Rs 160 per share and then gave themselves bonus shares twice, in Mar-23 and Apr-23. Result, promoter shares now cost Re 0.56 per share, whereas shareholders are expected to pay 160 per share.
Post IPO, book value of shares will be around Rs 50 against IPO price of Rs 160.
Based on working capital projections, company expects revenue of Rs 22 cr in 23-24.
In 22-23, company bought office in Ahmedabad at a cost of Rs 6.08 cr by taking a loan from Kotak Bank. Now it proposes to repay the loan from IPO proceeds. Unsecured loan of Rs 1.02 cr from related parties carries interest rate of 12% whereas other unsecured loan of Rs 40 lacs from related parties is interest free.
In addition, it will spend Rs 2.8 cr in renovation of leased office in Gandhinagar GIFT city which is 30 Kms of the office it purchased. Why spend on a office when you are going to lease another one and spend on renovation of leased office? This too for a new company which is not having good cash flow.
Around 45% of the revenue is from overseas clients.
As on June-23, company has 106 employees.
MD and WTD have got salary of Rs 132 lacs in 22-23 which was 25% of the total employee cost.
Top 5 customer account for 37% of revenue.
