Nope, the reason is below.

People had 3 other choice than Kody:
1. Madhusudan
2. Cellecor Gadgets
3. Holmarc

So it was Holmarc v/s Kody where poeple choose Holmarc including me and lot others. Subscription was going same in both but in final couple of hours Kody lost the match!

Yes.. reason is kfin..my reason of applying more in holmarc than kodi is kfin only as refund is faster by Cameo and they already informed this is kundan edifice ipo that they will process BOA on 22 only...

Expected Subscription in NII and Retail ? Anybody else has any idea ?

Skipping this one. It just doesn't make sense for IT company to raise debt! IT's biggest cost is manpower. Initial stages, give equity rather than money to manage that cost. But as someone pointed out, promoters take out most of the profits for themselves and then go out and raise debt to lease out a property!!! If anything, show some sign of corporate governance! These are the kind of folks who would not think twice to runaway with small investor money!

Keep in mind..Kfin is registrar ... allotment and refund will be last among IPOs closing at same time ..
