Almost EVERY company coming for IPOs is showing huge growth in topline and bottom-line in previous fiscal ONLY, growth in previous years be damned....

How is this SUDDEN, hyperbolic growth possible??

Who is auditing these firms?

Do auditors ask for explainer for sudden humongous growth in revenue & profit? I hope the books are Not been cooked....

Take this Kody for example, its revenue jumped from 38 lakhs to direct 11 crores in a year! Profit didn't jump tho', in fact it fell in comparison to previous year, but its borrowing jumped hugely as well....

Typically software companies or tech companies are Not money guzzlers, they are cash generating machines.... here in this company there are so many red-flags... something does Not add up....

Raising money to build a center at GIFT city! Kyu bhai aisa kya hai waha?? What the company will achieve by getting a big, fancy office in GIFT city??

All SME companies PE ratio are calculated wrong by members and misleading.

Request to do the exact calculations so that poor investor cant take wrong decision.
