This company deals in mainly bullion(raw gold) and jewellery forms a small part of their business. So , their turnover will be high and net profit margin will be low

Looks like a totally avoid candidate.

1. 97 Cr (That's a very big issue for any SME, lot of retail selling at listing).
2. Listing on BSE SME (my personal experience says, most of the SMEs listing on BSE don't perform well).

Only sell and apply, don't even think of going open here.
