Again a big dize issue. Higher price. No doubt gold is the choice of people in our country. We can't stop female family members to avoid visiting Jewellers as per our financials.
But for investment in such companies require some patience. If we go through financials not attractive at all. So, financials, issue size, issue price and sector not so attractive. Better to wait for other SMEs or IPOs. Who believes in GMP, is also not favorable. Who can't stop himself, may wait for last day and last minute.

The company had ~700 Cr sales in Fy17 but in 2023 the sales ~480 Cr. It clearly shows there is no growth in the business.

Big 💪Big avoid.

The IPO is priced at P/E of 45x and recently listed Senco Gold P/e is 18x.

High risk and low return, if any.
Positive : Aasani se mil jayega. Easy allotment.
Negatives : High chance of loss. Very big size SME IPO and no QIB.
Opinion: Clear avoid.

Stock market is a game of numbers & assumptions based on news & possibilities. To get the best earnings from the market one have to devote & spare the time for analyzing the day today news & it's reactions on the Market/ stock.

For better understanding I am giving you recently latest example.

In April 2022 the JEEna SIkho entered in the stock market @150. The issue was just subscribrd & the allotment was firm. The promter was Manish Grover who produced the film based on Narendra Modi. Besides this it's business model was also unique & having strong 💪 financial numbers.

Looking to all these facts I have applied 5 applications & got 5000 shares. Later on sold 1500 shares @ an average price of 440 and still having 3500 shares. Today it closed @610 and yesterday touched +650 level. Hence my idea and belief works well which rewarded well. In stock market if you don't follow others but follow your mind, you will always be a big💪 winner provided with little luck 🎋🍀 .

Some times my calculations goes wrong, just like Mankind Pharma. I have avoided this issue but it was my wrong calculations. We all are student and learns the great things from the market & rectify our mistakes.

KHAzanchi means collecting the money from people. These type of Company/ People don't believe in giving the money to others ( investors) Their mentality & mindset is very clear and they do their work very effectively.

I don't see any reason for the share @140 and that's track record is also not sound. Instead of buying this I will prefer to buy Kalyan Jewellers.

This issue reminds me Cosmic CRF issued @314 & today it's @188.
Lakh ka Bara hajar. Mast scheme hai. Aaja FAsa Jaa. Ram nam Japna Paraya MAal Apna.

At the time of LIC, I have written in the forum that
LIC is a premium collecting company from the people, not believing to rewards it's investors. 🥰😝🤣😂. Just like now this Khazanchi.

I will take your reviews very seriously after reading your superb investment decision of Lancer Container SME (2016).
Please do suggest investment for long term out of upcoming IPOs if you find anyone worthy. I will be highly grateful to you. So far, I was not getting confidence to hold on to SMEs but after reading your experience, I too want to change my strategy.

You may see video on YT for this ..they ate making jsut for watch time and get ad revenue..stay away
