Expect slightly positive listing.
It is true most of the times ki jaha public nahi hoti, easy paisa wahi banta hai.

No allotment possible because shares are allotted to those who apply and I didn't apply.

17*1700 = 28900 profit if you find buyer listing date...otherwise LC

I will hold this stock for a month or two

The issue got completely subscribed without much help from grey market.
Promotor/LM have largely managed the subscription on their own.
I think this will list positive, maybe just a few percentage up.
Let's see.

subscribed only 0.51 times in day 3 as per CG subscription status. LM was clever to keep issue for 5 days otherwise it has been failed. Aggressive pricing with Fixed Price may be the reason for lower subscription.

For such a big issue, it should be Book Built with the comfort of Anchor Investors and QIB reservation, then might be it had been some mutli times oversubscribed by this time.

Not getting comfort in applying

Firm allotment to retailers possible as it is big 97 Cr. issue with aggressive price.
Easy job for cameo to qualify for T+3 season.

Wide fluctuation in revenue, largely due to fluctuations in gold & silver bullion trading.
For bullion business, top 5 customers give 71% of sales and for jewellery, top 5 customers give 32.60% of sales indicating wholesale + commodity nature of business
HDFC and Kotak Mahindra Bank have provided secured loans of Rs 45.89 cr, indicating due diligence and network adequacy of promoters and assets pledged
Promoter and promoter group have provided unsecured loans of Rs 23.89 cr to company at 9% RoI
Other income includes, rental from investment property, cessation of liability and profit on sale of land. Future sustainability of these is unknown
Decent cashflows from operation in last 2 out of 3 fiscal
Market maker of the issue, SVCM Securities shares the same address as AA Plus Tradelinks, a scrap dealer sme who had an IPO in July-21
At IPO price, market cap of the company will be close to Rs 350 cr on EBIDTA of Rs 16.5 cr

Applying full force skipping all other IPOs for this one
