I successfully applied at 1 PM IST,
yes it was giving same error in some previous IPO at 4 PM for me.

Check if u have enough balance in ur account and it is not on hold.

I have 50K balance..so that wasnt the issue.

Have same issue in HDFC Bank.. Have more than sufficient balance...

When u login to hdfc sec. There is chat section at right bottom. talk to them they will solve.

Now you can . I have just applied at 4:32 PM form HDFC Sec (Bank: HDFC)

Open HDFC site in INternet Explorer and not in chrome, application will go through.

Just now I applied using 2 different accounts successfully for 1 lot.

Same with me. I tried but transaction was unsuccessful. But money blocked.

Why you are applying at the last minute? You could have applied at least 30-minutes before the closure time in your bank(HDFC BANK)? There could be some software problem if you apply at the last minute. Anyhow, wait for 1-week, whether your application is in order and whether you will get the allotment for application etc. Best wishes..

@AnkurGoel: Yeah same happnd with me too.Transaction was unsuccessful but money got blocked two times.

Markets are going down , all stocks are going down ,
HDFC AMC is good stock , you can buy between rs 1350 to 1400 if you get it
