अगले हफ्ते तीन कंपनियों के इनिशियल पब्लिक ऑफर (IPO) जारी होंगे। जिन कंपनियों के आईपीओ आने वाले हैं उनमें सरकारी कंपनी गार्डन रिच शिपबिल्डर्स एंड इंजीनियर्स (Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers), आवास फाइनेंशियर्स (Aavas Financiers Limited) और दिनेश इंजीनियर्स (Dinesh Engineers) शामिल हैं। आईपीओ के जरिए तीनों कंपनियां बाजार से कुल 2,325 करोड़ रुपए जुटाएंगीं। # 24 सितंबर को खुलेगा गार्डन रिच शिपबिल्डर्स का IPO सरकारी कंपनी गार्डन रिच शिपबिल्डर्स (Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers) का आईपीओ 24 सितंबर को खुला। इस इश्यू का प्राइस बैंड 115 से 118 रुपए प्रति शेयर तक किया गया है। - इश्यू 24 सितंबर को खुलेगा और 26 सितंबर को बंद होगा। कंपनी इश्यू के जरिए 340 करोड़ रुपए जुटाएगी। - रिटेल इन्वेस्टर्स को 5 रुपए प्रति शेयर का डिस्काउंट मिलेगा। सरकार आईपीओ के जरिए 25 फीसदी हिस्सेदारी बेच रही है। इस फिस्कल में यह तीसरा सरकारी कंपनी का आईपीओ है। - IDBI बैंक और यस सिक्युरिटीज आईपीओ के मैनेजर हैं। - जून में सरकार ने RITES के आईपीओ के जरिए 460 करोड़ रुपए जुटाए थे। इसके बाद सितंबर में इरकॉन इंटरनेशनल का 470 करोड़ रुपए का आईपीओ जारी हुआ है। # आवास फाइनेंशियर्स का IPO 25 सितंबर को खुलेगा आवास फाइनेंशियर्स लिमिटेड (Aavas Financiers Limited) का आईपीओ 25 सितंबर को खुलेगा और 27 सितंबर को बंद होगा। इस आईपीओ का प्राइस बैंड 818 रुपए से 821 रुपए प्रति शेयर (10 रुपए सम मूल्य पर) तय किया गया है। मिनिमम 18 शेयरों और उसके बाद 18 शेयरों के गुणक में बोलियां लगाई जा सकती हैं। कंपनी आईपीओ के जरिए 1,800 करोड़ रुपए जुटाएंगी। - आवास फाइनेंशियर्स ने एक बयान में कहा कि वह पूंजी जुटाने के लिए 400 करोड़ रुपए के ताजा आईपीओ और 16,249,359 शेयरों की ऑफर फॉर सेल की पेशकश कर रही है। इन शेयरों को बीएसई और एनएसई में लिस्ट होने का प्रस्ताव रखा गया है। - इस आईपीओ के लिए ग्लोबल को-ऑर्डिनेटर्स बुक रनिंग लीड मैनेजर्स आइसीआइसीआई सिक्युरिटीज, सिटीग्रुप ग्लोबल मार्केट्स इंडिया,एडलवाइस फाइनेंशियल सर्विसेजऔर स्पार्क कैपिटल एडवायजर्स (इंडिया) हैं। बुक रनिंग लीड मैनेजर्स एचडीएफसी बैंक हैं। # 28 सितंबर को दिनेश इंजीनियर्स IPO ओपन होगा कम्युनिकेशन इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर प्रोवाइडर कंपनी दिनेश इंजीनियर्स (Dinesh Engineers) का आईपीओ 28 सितंबर को खुलेगा और 3 अक्टूबर को बंद होगा। इश्यू का प्राइस बैंड 183-185 रुपए प्रति शेयर तय किया गया है। इस इश्यू से कंपनी 185 करोड़ रुपए जुटाएगी। - आईपीओ के तहत 1,00,00,000 इक्विटी शेयर की बिक्री होगी। कंपनी आईपीओ से जुटाई गई रकम का इस्तेमाल ऑप्टिकल फाइबर केबल (OFC) नेटवर्क के विस्तार पर करेगी। इसके अलावा अन्य जनरल कॉरपोरेट उद्देश्यों पर खर्च करेगी। - इस इश्यू को हेम सिक्युरिटीज मैनेज कर रही है और दिनेश इंजीनियर्स का इक्विटी शेयर बीएसई और एनएसई में लिस्ट होगा।

In 1992, pursuant to disinvestment policy of Government of India, IRCON was listed on the BSE Limited and the Delhi Stock Exchange Limited with 13,400 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each.

- In 2011, IRCON got delisted by giving an exit option at Rs 1450 per share to public shareholders.

- In 2018, IRCON is set to list again on Indian Bourses at Rs 475 per share.

I applied 50 lot under HNI category. Please advice how many lots allotment chance.

this is a gem for long term
dont get confused due to negative comments
just have confidence in your decision and do not sell in panic

An investor who invests for long term always earn, very short term trading can be compared to betting

@ARB --- DEMAT can be opened with either NSDL or CDSL .... and you can use with any bank.

Name of demat ac holder and bank ac holder will be same. Further some bank like sbi axis allow asba application though there net banking upto 5 different Persons.

While opening Demat account a saving account linked with that is compulsory same name as demat opened.

But when you apply IPO after your friends demat opened you can use anyone account either via physical form with giving sign and cancel cheque and submit to bank. Bank will block amount from the account who gives cancel cheque for block amount. Also while use netbanking you can use account if your bank allow to enter other person pan card number while apply ipo through asba

कंपनी के एम्प्लोई को भरोसा न हो... वो क्या रीटर्न देगी (Employee Reserved      0.36x)

Employee subcription less due to some other reason not..due to belief... Company is giving handsome dividend...

With only 1 out of 10 applicants getting allotment in Retail ... premium listing is assured ...!

So only about 10% chance of allotment to RIIs...?
