Early to say but data pattern can give more return than map my india because of smaller issue and bumper subscription possible.

Can some one please check on Receivables of Data Patterns. These are unusually high and are increasing every year. Even with increase in sales, the value keeps increasing at 75% of sales.

Data Patterns Accounts Receivables are almost through the roof. Ever increasing receivables 80% of sales volume. I hope it is not sitting on some NOT SO Great receivables.

Compared to Paras Defense it looks expensive.
The sudden growth in last months & the surge in profit margins create doubt .

साइबर सुरक्षा फर्म इंस्पिरा एंटरप्राइज इंडिया इस महीने अपने 800 करोड़ रुपये के आकार वाले आइपीओ को लॉन्च करने की योजना बना रही है।

वर्तमान में, मुंबई स्थित कंपनी की सिंगापुर, फिलीपींस, संयुक्त अरब अमीरात, इंडोनेशिया, अमेरिका और केन्या जैसे छह देशों में मौजूदगी है।

इंस्पिरा के प्रबंध निदेशक चेतन जैन ने इस बारे में बताते हुए यह कहा कि, "हम इस महीने में क्रिसमस की छुट्टियों से पहले अपना आरंभिक सार्वजनिक निर्गम (आईपीओ) लॉन्च करने की योजना बना रहे हैं। अगर किसी वजह से हम इस महीने अपना आइपीओ लॉन्च नहीं कर पाते हैं, तो हम निश्चित रूप से अगले महीने पब्लिक इश्यू लॉन्च करेंगे।" आपको बताते चलें कि, कंपनी को पब्लिक इश्यू लॉन्च करने के लिए पहले ही सेबी की हरी झंडी मिल चुकी है।
इंस्पिरा इस इश्यू से मिली रकम को वैश्विक आधार पर खास तौर पर अमेरिका में अपनी उपस्थिति का विस्तार करने के लिए करेगी।

provided pricing is good, this IPO will rock..


But seeing the performance of paras and latent, I have a strong feeling that promoters might get greedy and leave nothing for the investors

But who are the investors here. Those who flip the stock on the first day of listing. These are not investors but gamblers. No reason for people to expect promotors to do you the favour by leaving a lot on the table.

small ipo size, good company, bright prospects (considering the govt support of Make in India initiative)
If ipo price is reasonable, it can break all subscription records.
