Yes. (Application will be processed by Exchange next working day at 10 am).

One can apply at 5pm on 1st or 2nd day, but 3rd day, last time is 3pm for most banks, for ASBA. For upi, you can apply & can approve 12 MD on 4th day, if you want to finalize your ipo application after look at RII subs.

Sure this is a Good company. Right price. But why SEBI does not want to do any standardization in Stock market ? Why can''t it force companies to have a default face value of Rs 10 ? it will be easy for people to put money. Not only in IPO, but in general.

@Real.Sense - with forced face value of Rs. 10, actually it will be difficult for people to put money in market. Small price of shares increases liquidity & so ease to trade them in market. Hence company prefers to give bonus (many other factors also to give bonus) or split shares to decrease price per share
to increase trading by bigger mass of people.

No doubt that the company is a prosperous good one to opt for. Yet, the allotment chances are tougher as the size of the IPO is comparatively smaller (In spite of 35% allotment for retail category). If funds are not a problem, one can try their luck. Thank you.
