If some one apply in this ipo then need extra money for icici Lombard ipo , and there is no gmp and kostak in capacit''e ipo so better choice is icici Lombard ipo whom has money problem
I am consider this IPO same as AU Bank, not much interest from Retail but it will list at bumper price...somewhere around 280/285 minimum

The fund used in Dixon Technology can be used in this IPO. Refund wiil be made to non allotees in Dixon on September 15 so that the fund can be used to apply in Capacite Infraproject IPO.
Hello everyone, I have a Kotak DMAT account and want to invest around 2.5L in this IPO. Can anyone help with the procedure to do the same? Will really appreciate it.
Contact your broker. He will arrange funding for you. With 2.5L you can get funding of upto 2.5 Cr. Ofcourse the broker will charge interest for it but if you wish to take a big dive, its the only way.
If you apply simply with 2.5L, chances are you will get very less allotment, may be lesser than what you may have got if you used that money in Retail Segment Application.
Another way is to find family / friends who don''t apply for IPOs. Apply on their behalf and enjoy the benefit of applying under Retail Segment.

@ RKB n juju. Nice comments :) your posts make this forum alive
@AshIPO.... Retails & HNI have different quota. Both are Allotted against the total number of applications received. Retail Applicants usually apply from their money which is capped at 15k per application where as HNI apply via borrowed money and there is no cap.
Thanks Rajkumar. But I don''t understand why allotments chances are less for HNI if we apply with 2 lacks. Can you please elaborate? Is there any formula to calculate the allotment chances. Can you please give me some example?

Thanks ShareView, we learn from you and others and try to share what we learned and there is more to learn
@AshIPO please go to this link below and try to read and understand The Basis of Allotment of Avenue Supersmarts /ipo_basis_of_allotment/avenue-supermarts-ipo/615/
There you will find that if we had applied under HNI category with just above 2 lakh . i.e. 700 shares, ( Since here the proportionate allotment is done) you effectively will get = 700/277= 2.52 shares, But this is not possible, minimum lot you can get is of 50 shares. So within Category of 700 shares, only 27 applications received allotment against 522 applied.
So, conclusion If you apply in HNI category , make note of expected subscription and then decide how much to apply to get confirm allotment
Now compare this with Retail. With 2 lakhs you would had at least 13 applications(200000/15000) to apply and have more chances of allotment because retail app-wise subscription remained 7 times i.e. 1 out of 7 got allotment
I hope it helps, if not do read first Basis of Allotment in above link
Thanks for the detailed explanation juju. It was really very helpful. Just one doubt. Is 277, number of times subscribed in the HNI category? I see that HNI was subscribed 272 times in dmart page. Please correct me if i am wrong.

SEEK no data, HEAR no advice BLINDLY apply Pricing seems to be done on basis of Book value, however other ratios support higher price. Truly said best IPO of this month, With issue of about 1.6 cr shares, allocation could be a little difficult
Best IPO of 2017 if u have small capital to invest in IPO then avoid matrimony.com dixon and BRNL and apply for this... because i have visited its project site... they have greater plans and Best team for building big infrastructures

2nd best ipo of September 17 is Dixon. All the big names are there in Anchor Investors list. It''''s very positive for Dixon. May provide positive impact on Gmp from tomorrow onwards.

Best ipo of September 17. Arrange money and apply with full force. Minimum 40% listing gain should be there.
2017 EPS - 17 Rs. Ind PE - 20 CMP = 17*20 = 340 Rs. while IPO price 250 Rs. Blindly Applied in IPO... One more thing same competitor of this IPO is Ahluwalia Contracts trading at 280 Rs. around with EPS of 14 Rs. and 20 PE......
I also recommend buy Ahluwalia at CMP for smart return in 2 weeks till listing of this IPO.
Capacit’e Infraprojects Ltd. (CIL) is a fast-growing construction company focused on residential, commercial and institutional buildings, predominantly serving clientele based in Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), National Capital Region (NCR) and Bengaluru. CIL’s quality of work and timely execution has allowed it to enhance relationships with existing clients and to secure projects from new clients. Thus, focus on building construction has enabled it to grow its order book consistently over the period. A strong order book (~Rs. 46bn as on May 31, 2017) and timely project execution has helped steer consolidated revenue from Rs.2.1bn in FY14 to Rs.11.6bn in FY17. During the period, profitability has improved from Rs.36mn in FY14 to Rs.694mn in FY17. CIL owns core assets including formwork and tower cranes, and has 1,711 employees on roll and 10,035 contract laborers as of May 31, 2017.
Client base like Lodha, Oberoi etc suggests quality of the business Capacit''e do. ISO 9001 certification is another add on. Revenues increased exponentially since inception India needs Capacit''e like infra companies for our metro cities to be like next singapore, dubai etc
I think, there are some members who are directly connected to BRLMs. When Sebi published its approved IPO list today, few members announced ICICI Lombard ipo dates last week. They have direct source of information ;)
