I absolutely dont buy this statement that apply for 1 lot only,that''s all hogwash.. if that was the case why some people get 2,3, or more than 4 lots and others dont even get a single lot ?

Gentleman, they apply 1 lot each from multiple DEMAT A/Cs registered with different PAN cards of family and friends. Or they buy that application from grey market.

Capacit''e Infra was best among all IPOs of this high action September.
Now blockbuster listing awaiting...

For a change, issuer has priced the issue modestly leaving something on the table for the investor. There should be reasonable listing gain to the successful applicats. In the medium term , other things being equal, the scrip should reward the investors handsomely. Worth applying.

The most positive thing about this company is that it dont rent the equipments used for the construction projects like cairn, big machine etc. They buy and own them.This reduces the cost of the overall project and also build their assests. They can be re-used it their next projects. HUge benefits compared to the peer companies.

Note - DILIP BUILDCON also follows the same approach but it not exactly a peer for this company

Yes indeed this is a very good company available at decent valuation.

Man Infra constructing high rises in Mumbai has common client like Wadhwa and Godrej and is closest peer to this company.

As per RHP, Simplex infra, JMC project, Ahluwalia contracts are it''s major peers.

Why print application and going in bank, in today''s world no one have this much time and if your bank is SBI then God help them, just apply through net banking of any bank paperless and easy.

The simple thing - Open a demat account anywhere , apply through netbanking & take benefits of ASBA, always apply at cut-off price and go for 1 lot only....

Please dont mis-guide investor for your own brokerage benefits.

Always apply at Cut off price and for 1 lot only... still does not guarantee the allotment .. as in most cases the IPO get over subscribed and it is based on lottery system and your LUCK :)
