Sebi દ્વારા ૧ april થી HNI CATEGORY માં allotment ની પ્રક્રિયા માં મોટો ફેરફાર કરવામાં આવ્યો છે.

આ મેસેજ દ્વારા એની સરળ સમજણ આપવાનો પ્રયાસ કરું છું.

HNI માં અત્યાર સુધી ૨ લાખ થી ઉપર જેમણે એપ્લિકેશન કરી હોય તેમને proportionate ( ભાગે પડતું ) basis ઉપર allotment મળતું હતું. હવે આમાં ધરખમ ફેરફાર કરવામાં આવ્યા છે.

Sebi એ HNI માં બે ભાગ પાડ્યા છે. એપ્લિકેશન ની amount ના આધારે ભાગ પાડ્યા છે.

1) 2 lacs - 10 lacs
2) 10 lacs above

૨ lacs - ૧૦ lacs વાળા માટે આખા ipo માં ૫% reserved રહેશે.

જ્યારે ૧૦ lacs થી ઉપર વાળા માટે ૧૦% reserved રહેશે.

સરળ સમજણ ના હેતુ માટે ૨-૧૦ lacs ની category ને આપડે HNI SMALL અને ૧૦ LACS થી ઉપર ને આપડે HNI BIG નામ આપશું.

હવે allotment ની પ્રક્રિયા સમજી લયીએ.

HNI SMALL કે HNI BIG બંને માં સૌથી પહેલા ૨ lacs નું minimum allotment આપવામાં આવશે. પછી જે share વધશે એ ભાગે પડતા allot થશે. સાદી ભાષા માં જે રીતે અત્યારે retail માં કેટલા ફોર્મસ આવ્યા છે એના આધારે allotment મળે છે same એ જ રીતે હવે થી hni માં allotment મળશે. ફરક માત્ર એમાં બે slab પાડ્યા છે.

આ નવા નિયમ થી retail અને hni એક સમાન allotment મેળવવા પાત્ર બની ગયા છે. આ નિયમ થી ઇન્વેસ્ટર્સ ને સારું allotment મળી શકે છે.

હવે થી કોષ્ટક માં પણ ૩ ભાવ મળશે.

Hni big

બધા ના અલગ અલગ ભાવ અને sauda થશે.

"On 5th April 2022, SEBI announced ( PDF ) an increase in the limit for IPO applications through UPI. This means Zerodha will be able to support HNI applications of up to Rs 5 lakhs. The new limit will be applicable for all IPOs launching from 1st May 2022."
Now HNI number can also be faked without blocking money. SEBI should have mechanism to identify fake applications.

HNI Applicants has to apply only via ASBA …
They can’t apply via UPI ID ..

This is from official Zerodha support. They clearly states that HNI application upto 5 lac can be done using UPI

Lot of headwinds ahead.. high inflation, commodity scarcity, hyperbole about recession etc.
Will be more picky going forward. Avoiding this.

@SLR This can happen in a small cap ipo.It was also listed in T+2 category.If you are a risk taker,you can hold.If you are in minor loss,you should exit.Actual price movement prediction is quite difficult.This is my personal opinion.

@RONNE LEWIS, Thank you for your reply. Continuous LC. From Monday onwards it will move to 20% category. I can take risk till 20%. But I have no idea about its future.
