OFS - Offer For Sale (Complete OFS means - nothing goes to the company)
i.e: The money raised from this IPO issue, will not go to the company (the existing shareholders who are offloading their part by this IPO, will get all the money).

There wil b decrease in retail application- wise subscription if retailers move to Small Hni group,single small HNI application is equal to 14 retail application.

इस बार आईपीओ सब्सक्रिप्शन डाटा अलग तरह के ही आएंगे। कोई नहीं बता सकता की hni कितना जा सकता जायेगा
सब कुछ प्रीमियम पर डिपेन्ड करेगा.
अगर किसी ने दस लाख वाली एप्लीकेशन लगा दी और बाद मैं premuim काम हो गया तो बहुत नुकसान आ जायेगा अगर वो एप्लीकेशन अल्लोत्मेंट आ जाये तो
इसलिए काफी सोच समझकर ही hni वाली एप्लीकेशन लगाए.
क्यों की इस बार hni फंडिंग नहीं है तो कॉस्ट भी नहीं आएगी फंडिंग की जिसे देख कर हम बाद मैं premuim का अंदाजा लगा पाए.
मेरे हिसाब से बहुत कुछ अलग तरह का हो गए है आईपीओ रूल्स

Expected Application wise subscription for small hni category

Maximum HNI applications seen upto 17000 in previous highly subscribed IPO . If Retailer will go through HNI then I suppose it may be maximum double i.e. 34000 Applications will be applied and Subscribed maximum 10x as Apps wise ( 14lots).
But here this is first IPO which comming with new rule then I can suppose upto maximum. ~6x. In 2 lakh to 10 lakh category .
Available apps : 3344.

Campus PE ratio 104x

You can not compare pe on basis of fy 21 as every one takes current market price of peer group and trailing 12 month eps. you are being unfair and unrealistic on pricing by asking price of Rs 80

Can someone pls guide how much will be subscription in HNI category

Two IPO with one day gap. Both are attractive. The difference lies in that Campus a complete OFS.
Rainbow looks good on this front. With change in HNI rule applicable from this set of IPO, it's interesting to see HNI subscription with limited funding.

As per rule, please see subscription figure at 1 PM last day and apply for these IPO.

As per its valuation, its fiscal ended eps is 0.88. Its asking for pe of 332. and 9 months Eps is 2.82, so as per this its PE is coming apporx 104. Now lets look at its peers. Bata pe is around 360 and Relaxo pe is around 104. even if we consider metro brands which is not a direct peer to this company, its pe is around 227. So acc to me its fairly valued. Only negative i see is OFS. But we know that some companies have sailed well with pure ofs like map my india. So i will apply on last day. ( also if we look at overall market it may form right shoulder ) so overall market condition also looks good to me. Profits are increasing, revenues and assets are increasing. So this looks good to me. Will decide on last day on the basis of subscription. Experts your view welcome @lokes @ipo bull@ noorul @chalak lomdi @hostpacker and all other chittorgrah family.

Am i guaranteed one lot if i apply in HNI for 2 lac as per new rules?

You will get 2 lakh worth of shares if you are allotted.
But i don't feel it will be under subscribed in 2-10lakhs category to get guaranteed allotment.
In fact many retailers will move to hni.
Even i am planning to apply my first hni application considering small hni quota (2-10lakhs).

I agree that many retail applicants will jump to Rs 2 lakh application. Better allotment chances and more bang for the buck
