Hello Mr Vikram, What ever you said that is correct, that one month period for Record purpose, If you look at the past (around 25) issues, all most all (95%) of the issues declared almost by 10th day or 11th day from closing the issue date. this for your reference only. CTE is taking long time to announce allotment also.

Hi Mr. OP Saxena,

This is a "fixed price issue" and allotment will take at least --one month-- from closing date.
Allotment will take another week or so.

Subscription to Cambridge Technology closed on 9th January. Today it is 22nd January. Even after 13 days there is no news about allocation. Why this delay? Usually, allocation is announced within 10 days.

"We are planning for allotment by the last week of January 2007 and listing by the first week of February 2007."

hi guys, as i told u in my last post CTE is a good issue, it had got tremendous response from investors, it got oversubscribed more than 6 times, which was expected. today LUMAX got listed with huge margin and it was subscribed only 3.4 times so we can expect spectecular debut from CTE also.

Very rarely, we see a IT company of this size having attained CMM 5 level. It takes years to attain this level 5. So my guess is as good as anyone's - if you get shares alloted - keep them for long term.

CTE is a good issue but you should be lucky enough to get allotment because this is too small issue and heavily subscribed. It will definitely list above 60 rupees.
good luck to every one who applied.

hi everyone, investors can go ahead with cambridge technology ipo, this ipo is lucratively priced, yesterday only i visited company and had chat with CFO, he sounds very confident about future prospects. so i believe u can apply this issue, and issue is very small one with only 40 lakh shares for public. it will list in between 50 to 55 range, 1year hold u can see it touching 3 digits.
