I got the refund y'day. i got it by regular post. refund is not done through ECS.

Do let us know the result of your legal proceedings to this forum. I for one is very keen to know the outcome of such legal battles. Having said that, I dont think that having invalid/dated phone number and email id is a reason to go to court. Anyway good luck in your efforts

After allotment is over , what the hell are doing. On date, every thing is lying calculated with BIGSHARE. I mean why it takes so much time to refund money thru ECS ? RBI has allowed RTGS for every one then why the hell so much delay...?

Answer is only to satisfy someones greed for interest earned on IPO application money.

they are refunding the money thru ECS on 8th. They are trying to keep the money with them for maximum possible time. they were supposed to pay interest after 30 days of bid closure. on 8th february 30 days will be over... How greedy one could be, you can see here with BIGSHARE and CTEL.
