yes this issue can be avoided coz its a small company and there are larger players in the same field, but better to keep an eye after listing

don't worry regarding this ipo ,its a good issue with ok financial report and great future ahead just go and apply u will surely get good returns

Refund will be by ECS in case that facility is available in the concerned city where the investor is staying else it will be by refund warrant.

This is a fixed price issue and allotment will take one month after the issue will close. Refund usually takes another week after allotment. So expect refund in mid Feb 2007.

I have seen the review of this Cambridge Technologies in ICICIdirect.com and its mentioned to avoid the issue.Not sure whether to appy or not since some one is telling its good issue and some saying avoid...

Company Financials:

Cambridge Technology Enterprises recorded sales of Rs 18 crore for the 15-month period ended March 2006, its revenues for the year ended December 2004 was Rs 14 crore. It had revenues of Rs 5 crore for the first three months of the current fiscal.

On an expanded equity capital and estimated EPS of Rs 3.4 for FY07, the stock will trade at an earnings multiple of 11.

it good issue, but I did not decide apply or not , wait date of listing and purchase 38+ just like nissan copper.

Does any one know how the registar for this issue,Bigshare Services Private Limited pays the refunds???It is through direct ECS or through cheque/dd???

I am not working in that company but love to study the market in general....
heres a news that might be useful:
KPIT will spli the shares and also give bonus of 1:1 on 11th jan....so a single share of 5 Rs will be spli in 5 shares of 2 Rs each...

seems to be a good IPO priced fantastically. Company is US based CMM level 5, hence higher chances of it getting listed much above the issue price.

Cairn India issue day 4 statusshows, 1.41 times but final day status shows 1.14 times. WHAT is this? How is it possible? can any one let us know the reason?
