Necessity of the buyback

The Buy-back is being undertaken by the Company to:
i) To enhance the equity shareholders returns; and
ii) To improve financial ratios like earnings per share, return on equity, by reduction in the equity base.

The Buyback aims to :
i) Return surplus cash to the shareholders and enhance overall return to the shareholders.
ii) Improve Return on Equity to enhance shareholder value in the long term.
