Savita Oil Buyback vs SIS Buyback

The Buy-back is being undertaken by the Company to:
i) To enhance the equity shareholders returns; and
ii) To improve financial ratios like earnings per share, return on equity, by reduction in the equity base.

The Buyback aims to :
i) Return surplus cash to the shareholders and enhance overall return to the shareholders.
ii) Improve Return on Equity to enhance shareholder value in the long term.
iii) Improve Earnings per equity share and thus thereby enhance return on invested capital.
