Necessity of the buyback

The Buyback aims to:
i) help the Company to distribute surplus cash to its shareholders holding Equity Shares broadly in proportion to their shareholding, thereby, enhancing the overall return to shareholders.
iii) in improving financial ratios like earnings per share and return on equity, by reducing the equity base of the Company.

The Buyback aims to :
ii) Give an option to shareholders to get cash in lieu of Equity Shares to be accepted under the Buyback or choose not to participate and enjoy a resultant increase in their percentage shareholding without additional investment.
iii) The Buyback will help in improving certain key financial ratios of the Company.
