SBI account linked holder has not get option for applying M.C. RE Shares through online internet banking at IPO option.
Adroit Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. provide only information of allotted RE shares but not give the online option to purchase/apply it.
Please suggest the proper solution for applying through online method.

1. why showing different name and price for right issue shares?
2. When and how will we get option to pay remaining amount?

This email is in reference to CDSL Complaint ref no 2022-23/06/1418, in regard to extinguishment of Integra Essentia - RE shares.

We would like to inform you that, Integra Essentia - RE shares will be temporarily traded on the stock exchanges and will then be extinguished. You can either use the RE’s to apply for the rights shares of Integra Essentia or you can sell them in the secondary market before the trading window closes.

Please note that REs will be in the form of temporary Demat securities which will lapse if not renounced/exercised once the trading/renunciation window is closed. As you have not applied for the rights 153139 Qty of Integra Essentia - RE were lapsed hence they were debited from your demat account.

RE (Right Entitlement) is not a share it's your entitlement for shares on right basis. Right issue is open till tomorrow. You can apply for the equity shares.
