This email is in reference to CDSL Complaint ref no 2022-23/06/1418, in regard to extinguishment of Integra Essentia - RE shares.

We would like to inform you that, Integra Essentia - RE shares will be temporarily traded on the stock exchanges and will then be extinguished. You can either use the RE’s to apply for the rights shares of Integra Essentia or you can sell them in the secondary market before the trading window closes.

Please note that REs will be in the form of temporary Demat securities which will lapse if not renounced/exercised once the trading/renunciation window is closed. As you have not applied for the rights 153139 Qty of Integra Essentia - RE were lapsed hence they were debited from your demat account.
