At the time of account opening, the Customer Service said their platform allows you to apply in SME IPOs. But, that is not true after I opened and found it. They seem to only care to get customers boarded at any cost with false information.

Since I have been a longterm user of Sharekhan and generally found it good for my both investment and IPO needs in regular and SME categories, I recommended Espresso to my brother thinking its just the discount-brokerage format providing same services. Since my brother had been with Groww where he couldn't apply for SME IPOs, I suggested moving to Espresso after checking with Espresso team.

At the time of opening, a CRM named Ankita answers saying this:
*Our trading platform and Bidding application allow you to apply for SME IPOs*. But, once you invested all the time and effort in opening, you dont see SME IPOs. Customer care and further follow ups tell they dont support have this service and they dont have a timeline too when it is coming in future.

Its ok to tell what you dont support. But, for the sake of new customer targets, these people take you for a ride. Complete disappointment!
