11 out of 34 and 9 out of 26 shares sold/accepted in TCS Buyback. So it is around 35% acceptance ratio it seems.

Hello Investor Gurus,

I have 33 in one account and 44 in another account, can I tender all 33 and 44. If they are accepting less, hope they will not reject the tender?

Please suggest!

they will not reject your bid but they will accept part of your shares.
dont worry and just tender all shares based on your requirement which will maximize acceptance of shares on your side.
